This unique online tool allows you to communicate ideas and project requests with Chicago Property Services, track project progress, select service providers, monitor spending and offers an easy way to meet and communicate with your fellow homeowners.

You will also receive a Quarterly Utilization Report, detailing expenditures, budgets, and projects.

Ensemble Package

Your association will be assigned a full-service management team of experts in Accounting, Customer Care, Education, Administrative Services, Project Management, and Operations Support. To make the communication process simple and reliable, you will be assigned a Community Consultant, dedicated to your association’s complete satisfaction.
